Abstract

The objective of this research is to provide a holistic comprehension of how the hospitality industry uses social media platforms for marketing objectives in today's digital environment. It also contributes to valuable insights and recommendations that can be used to improve and optimize social media marketing initiatives in the hospitality industry. This research is a comprehensive type. Convenience sampling will be used for the study. The data will be analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative techniques like Descriptive statistics, Visual Interpretation, Chi-Square test. The data would be collected from various sources i.e., Primary source from the Hoteliers & Secondary sources (like reference books, websites, textbooks, etc.). Google form will be adopted for quantitative analysis from responses after administering the questionnaires.
