Abstract

We reported a case of a 33-year-old woman who was married for five years, had low anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) and had four years of primary infertility. The aim was to produce eggs over many cycles, acquire several embryos, and freeze them to increase the pregnancy rate with a holistic approach. In this case, women who have given up hope of having children may find renewed optimism; nevertheless, conventional medical training only goes so far. The new paradigm emphasises a patient-centered, holistic approach that optimises the patient's body in each case with their own experience.
