This research paper aims to provide a detailed analysis of RTO fraud in the e-commerce industry. It examines the various types of RTO fraud, investigates the underlying reasons for its occurrence, explores its impact on consumers and businesses, and suggests preventive measures to mitigate this problem. By shedding light on this issue, this paper aims to assist e-commerce platforms, consumers and the customers in effectively combating RTO fraud and creating a safer and more secure reverse logistics process.
