Abstract

The challenges that tiny jewellery merchants in the thiruppr district have been found in specific elements, according to the current research report. Such as raw material issues caused by purchases, production costs, and competition, fashion issues caused by changing fashion and traditional methods of grafting, labour issues caused by a lack of training facilities for workers, casteism, and unsatisfactory working conditions, financial issues, and pricing issues The primary data was obtained and processed from the identified SJM. The study’s conclusions and findings will bring the SJM and the broader public into disrepute.
