Abstract

Data breaches often affect an organization's reputation and can actually lead to customer churn, loss of revenue, loss of operational continuity, and more. This current study investigated the extent to which Information Security Management System (ISMS) has a positive impact on technology adoption (e-government) of public services in government sector. About 112 data been collected from senior managers, strategists and technicians with management experience) of public services in government department using stratified random sampling. Further data have been analyzed using SPSS and SMART PLS -SEM. Based on results there were, several solutions have been suggested to overcome all the challenges facing the organization with future study suggestion and limitation of the study.
